Rail Systems Solutions (RSS) was incorporated in the State of Colorado in 2001. Headquartered in Denver Colorado, RSS was initiated to serve the rail industry throughout North America and the world. Their primary focus is the train control disciplines, but their capabilities extend to the communications, power distribution and rail operations disciplines as well.

July 2007
Railroad Specialties, Inc. awarded track construction project in Rock Springs, WY

RSI has been awarded a contract to construct over 15,300 feet of track for the yard expansion project at Simplot Phosphates. The contract will include six switches and three road crossings. This project is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2007.

 

October 2006
Railroad Specialties, Inc. awarded track construction project in Southern Wyoming

Sinclair Refinery has awarded RSI a contract to design and construct over 14,000 feet of subgrade and track. RSI will construct ten turnouts and one highway crossing with a crossing warning system and four in-plant road crossings with this track project. The new track will aid in Sinclair's refinery expansion plans.
